HoopTrust stores account, recruiting-profile, evidence, performance, consent, and service-integration data to operate the platform.

Private contact details are disclosed only after an approved contact request. Public profiles use a restricted data projection that excludes birth year, GPA, account identifiers, and designated-contact information.

Users may export their data and request deletion from Account Settings. Retention and deletion requests are processed according to safety, legal, and audit obligations.
